The renter (service user) takes possession of the vehicle for the agreed rental period, under the terms and conditions set out in this agreement. By taking possession of the vehicle, the renter confirms that they have inspected it, are familiar with its condition, and accept it without objection.
Vehicles can be reserved in the standard way, either through the website or by contacting the agency directly. Payment is also available online via the CKB e-commerce system on the website, where a 30% advance payment of the total reservation amount is required. The remaining balance is payable upon vehicle pick-up, either in cash or by card.
The vehicle may be used strictly for personal or business purposes. Any form of subleasing, sharing, or transferring the vehicle to third parties is not allowed without prior written approval from the rental agency.
The renter agrees not to use the vehicle for any illegal or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to:
All vehicles in the fleet are, in principle, always available for reservation; however, the agency reserves the right, in the event the selected vehicle is unavailable, to provide the customer with a replacement vehicle of the same or higher class.
Cancellation of a reservation is free of charge and may be made no later than 48 hours before vehicle pick-up, i.e., before the start of the rental period, in which case the advance payment is fully refunded to the customer. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of vehicle pick-up, the agency retains 20% of the advance payment as compensation for the reserved booking.
The renter is fully responsible for the vehicle throughout the rental period. Any damage, loss, or violation occurring while the vehicle is in their possession shall be borne by the renter, in accordance with applicable law and this agreement.
By completing the reservation and taking possession of the vehicle, the renter confirms full acceptance of the above terms and conditions, without exception.

Online payment pages are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a process of encrypting data to prevent unauthorized access during transmission. This ensures the secure transfer of information and prevents unauthorized access to data exchanged between the user's computer and the WebPay service, and vice versa.
The WebPay service and financial institutions exchange data through a Virtual Private Network (VPN), which is protected against unauthorized access. The Monri Payment Gateway is certified according to the PCI DSS Level 1 security standard prescribed by Visa and Mastercard. The merchant does not store credit card numbers, and card details are not accessible to unauthorized persons.
